Job Summary
The University of Colorado, Boulder's Campus Dining and Hospitality group is seeking applications for a Bakery Head Line Cook! This position provides oversight and leadership in assigned dining operation to Campus Dining Attendants and student staff. This position, under the general supervision of culinary leadership, will prepare, assign and delegate standardized recipe preparation, ensuring quality, A9 and food safety standards are followed in their specific assigned production area. Additionally, this role will create break schedules for the aforementioned areas based upon organizational needs and staff schedules, all while offering excellent customer service in a team focused and supported environment.
