We're looking for an energetic and experienced Bakery Manager to lead our Nothing Bundt Cakes team! The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating joyful guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure brand standards
Manage, train, and motivate team members
Deliver excellent guest service and product quality
Handle scheduling, inventory, and performance goals
Qualifications: Prior management experience (retail, restaurant, or bakery preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
