We're looking for dependable, motivated team members to join our Bakery Operations team as Machine Operators. In this role, you'll operate and monitor specialized production equipment used throughout the baking process, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards for quality, food safety, and efficiency. What You'll Do…

Operate and monitor bakery production equipment used throughout the manufacturing process

  • Set up equipment and verify production specifications before startup
  • Monitor product quality, dough characteristics, temperatures, and production flow throughout the shift
  • Make equipment adjustments to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency
  • Perform routine troubleshooting to minimize downtime and communicate equipment concerns when needed
  • Complete required quality, food safety, and production documentation
  • Assist with product changeovers, sanitation, startup, and shutdown activities
  • Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready work areas
  • Partner with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
  • Follow all food safety, GMP, safety, and sanitation requirements
  • Cross-train and operate different bakery equipment as business needs require

What You'll Bring…

 Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred

  • Experience operating production or processing equipment is required
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow work instructions, SOPs, and food safety procedures
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well on a team
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

When you'll work... 

We're currently hiring for a 12-hour Night Shift at our Canal Street location.

Schedule: A consistent 12-hour night shift, with the exact start and end times to be determined. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
