Responsibilities
- Efficiently package a variety of baked goods while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Label products accurately and ensure all packaging is compliant with company guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any packaging defects or product issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on packaging techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a packaging or production role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
