Bakery Production Associate – Racine, WI

Join our bakery production team and help produce and package fresh baked goods in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and measure ingredients
• Operate mixers, ovens, and production equipment
• Monitor products for quality
• Package and label finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow food safety and production procedures
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
• Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays
• Previous food or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
