About the Role

We are seeking full-time Production Associates to help build and scale our bakery’s food manufacturing and packaging operation. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that supports daily production from large-batch prep and portioning to maintaining a spotless, food-safe workspace. You will work alongside the team to hit quality and timing goals while helping improve systems as we grow.

This role starts as a generalist position with clear opportunities to take on more responsibility over time. Candidates with experience in food production, manufacturing, packaging, or machine/operator-style work (in a bakery, kitchen, or similar environment) tend to do well here.

Core Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and station resets
- Execute daily production plans efficiently while meeting quality, consistency, and timing standards
- Support large-batch production: mixing, portioning, piping, and assembling products to spec
- Assist with packaging and labeling so finished goods are ready for service or distribution
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling protocols (including allergen awareness)
- Support inventory organization, ingredient handling, restocking, and FIFO best practices
- Identify inefficiencies and proactively suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and adapt to shifting priorities
- Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion
- Contribute to building and improving operational systems as the bakery scales
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability
