We re looking for strong candidates to step into the Shift Leader role. You will be hired at the Team Member pay rate while we train you, with the clear expectation that you will be fully trained and earning Shift Leader pay within 60 days.

Starting Pay: $19.00 $25.00 per hour (includes tips)

What You'll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily operations for both brands
  
• Coach and motivate team members
  
• Ensure high-quality pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and outstanding guest service
  
• Help prepare and serve our famous products while learning the full operation
  
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and running smoothly
