Opportunity with Donuts of Rutland for a Bakery Shift Supervisor!

If so, this is the perfect role for you! We are seeking a motivated and talented full-time Bakery Shift Supervisor to lead our enthusiastic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of Bakery team members
• Support the Production Manager in meeting operational goals and execution
• Ensure Brand standards are met throughout shift, including preparation of donuts and bakery products to end-product specifications
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to bakery team members
• Coach bakery team members as needed throughout a shift providing timely, constructive and clear feedback Support the training of bakery team members as needed
• Perform oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift Communicate clearly with the next Shift Supervisor to help prepare him/her for shift
• Ensure Food Safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices are met
• Manage work stock throughout the shift
• Accurate and timely completion of position required documentation

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Previous leadership experience in restaurant, manufacturing or hospitality preferred
• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• On time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change

Physical Requirements:

• Standing on feet
• Repetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching
• Lifting objects, boxes, pails and baskets up to 50 lbs (if applicable)
• Working in a variety of areas
