Position Summary:
We’re seeking a Bakery Specialist in the Phoenix, AZ area to support our retail partners through in-store visits, training, merchandising, and product representation. You’ll ensure our bakery brands are beautifully displayed, well-stocked, and represented with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily store support in in-store bakeries
- Decorate cakes and merchandise bakery products. 
- Train new cake decorators on product lines and retailer programs. 
- Support grand openings and seasonal production needs. 
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop new product ideas. 
- Build strong relationships with bakery teams. 
- Monitor stock levels and maintain visually appealing displays. 

Qualifications:
- 5 years of bakery experience required; in-store experience preferred. 
- Proficient in cake decorating and basic baking techniques. 
- Strong merchandising skills desired. 
- Self-motivated and able to work independently. 
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull 50+ lbs. 
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required. 
- Experience or Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
