This dual-role is perfect for someone who loves driving and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll deliver donuts and pastries to local storefronts in a box truck and support dough and pastry production. No CDL or prior experience required - we’ll train the right person! Delivery Duties:- Safely operate a 16-foot box truck with a lift gate
- Deliver pastries to storefronts using sheet pan racks
- Maneuver sheet pan racks into storefronts using proper techniques and body weight leverage to ensure safety and prevent product damage
- Ensure timely and excellent-condition deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and storefront teams
Kitchen Production Support:- Assist in preparing dough for croissant-style doughnuts, yeast-raised dough, fritters, cookies, and savory pastries
- Hand-cut and laminate dough with precision
- Maintain a clean, organized work area meeting food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Qualifications:- 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean record
- Able to pass driver history check, drug test, and physical
- Comfortable driving early mornings
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong upper body strength for dough handling and maneuvering sheet pan racks
- Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Interest in baking or professional kitchens is a plus

- Kitchen Shift: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Driver Hourly Rate with Tip Share: $23.00-$25.00
Schedule: Alternating weekly – Monday–Thursday (4 days) and Monday–Wednesday (3 days)
