Seeking a Baking Technology Specialist to support bakery operations, product development, and process improvements for bread, buns, and breakfast items.
- Provide technical troubleshooting, quality assurance, and continuous improvement support.
- Assist with new product launches, reformulations, and cost-saving initiatives through scale-up and testing.
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Operations to optimize processes and equipment.
- Train bakery staff on ingredient functionality and baking processes.
- Conduct audits, analyze data, and support safety and productivity initiatives.
- Requires a Bachelor’s in Food Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience in baking process evaluation and statistical analysis.
- Travel approximately 80-90% domestically, with strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills needed.
