What You'll Do:
Safely operate industrial baling equipment
Process and crush materials following operating procedures
Load and unload materials using a depalletizing system
Inspect and report production counts and quality
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Complete production paperwork accurately
Report equipment or safety concerns immediately
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For:
? Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (training provided) ? Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. ? Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment ? Strong attention to detail ? Reliable attendance and positive attitude ? Safety-minded with the ability to wear required PPE
