Hours: 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday + overtime as needed
Pay: $18.50/hour
Key Responsibilities:- Bale all scrap and keep scrap off machines
- Evaluate machines for large scrap pieces and attend to their removal
- Keep areas clean and free of scrap debris
- Move full bales to truck and load using forklift
- Perform preventative maintenance on baler
- Responsible for daily housekeeping of dock and baler area
- Manage used glue barrels including storage, counting, cleaning, and rinsing residual glue
- Keep track of inventory
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:- High School Diploma / GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be certified on forklift
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Perfect attendance
Nice to Have Skills:- Forklift experience
- Basic mechanical skills
Preferred Education and Experience:- High School Diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Other Requirements:- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift and move heavy bales and materials
