About the Role:
Join Tutu School Carlsbad as a Ballet Teacher and inspire the next generation of dancers! We are looking for passionate individuals who can share their love for ballet in a fun and nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Teach ballet classes to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and technique.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Organize and participate in recitals and performances.
- Collaborate with other instructors to enhance the curriculum.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ballet teacher or dancer with a strong background in ballet.
- Formal training in ballet from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages.
- Patience and adaptability in teaching methods.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Passion for dance and commitment to fostering a love for the art.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
