We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Bandsaw Operator responsible for operating a bandsaw machine to cut metal or other materials to specified dimensions while maintaining safety, accuracy, and production standards. No prior bandsaw experience required - we are willing to train the right candidate with strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate horizontal or vertical bandsaw machines to cut materials according to work orders
- Measure and mark materials using tape measures, calipers, and basic measuring tools
- Load and unload raw materials onto the saw
- Perform basic machine maintenance (blade changes, cleaning, lubrication)

- Must have ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Must have mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
