Our client located in Wilmington, VT is looking for a Bank Branch Manager for their team!
Your qualifications for the Bank Branch Manager position are as follows:
- Bachelors degree in business or 5 years progressive banking experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 3-5 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Experience with relevant banking software, Jack Henry is a plus
Benefits you will receive as the Bank Branch Manager:
- $62K-$72K/year, depending on experience (potentially some wiggle room for the right candidate)

For the Bank Branch Manager position your duties will include:
- Manage daily branch operations and serve as primary contact for consumer lending and business development
- Supervise, train, motivate, and develop team members
- Establish customer service standards and sales goals, and enforce operational processes and SOPs
- Develop new business with existing and prospective clients; participate in civic activities to increase banks visibility in the community
- Collaborate with key business and operational teams
- Maintain and update core processing platforms
- Other tasks as assigned
