Bank Branch Operations Specialist or Operations Officer

The BANK BRANCH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST OR OFFICER is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide personalized banking services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of banking operations while providing leadership, training, and support to staff.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of banking products and services, assisting the Branch Manager in driving branch growth.
• Ensure strict adherence to all bank policies, internal procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.

Branch Operations Specialist Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in banking.
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Minimum of 2 years in branch operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking software.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Branch Operations Officer Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years in banking.
• Minimum of 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Minimum of 4 years in branch operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and core banking software.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Pay Rate Range: $24.31 - $38.61/hour DOE

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
