Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join the team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with bank reconciliations, strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, and hands-on experience with Infor accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

This is a long-term temporary opportunity with potential for conversion to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain accurate bank reconciliations.
• Review financial transactions and identify discrepancies or variances.
• Apply accounting principles and practices to daily financial activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Utilize Infor accounting software for financial and accounting-related activities.
• Prepare, analyze, and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
• Follow established accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with bank reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Experience working with Infor or similar accounting/ERP software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, dependable, and dedicated to assigned responsibilities.

Work Schedule

• Hybrid schedule
