Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Bank Teller – Customer Service Representative opportunity with an established West Coast community bank; offering a broad range of financial services. This is a growing organization with the scale and resources of a larger financial institution while maintaining a community-bank mindset.

The Bank Teller - Customer Service Representative is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Transaction Processing: Perform routine teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service & Sales: Deliver high-quality customer service and promote relevant banking products.
  • Cash Handling & Security: Manage cash drawers securely and adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  • Administration & Compliance: Complete administrative tasks and comply with all banking regulations.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or GED required. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • A minimum of one year of customer service and cash-handling experience in a customer-facing role.
  • At least one year of experience in a banking environment with basic knowledge of bank deposit products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Pay Rate Range: $21.00/hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
