Job Description: Local bank is looking for a positive and energetic person to join each of their teams in Hawley and In Moorhead! Build relationships with our customers by providing excellent customer service! Provide essential banking services such as deposits and withdraws, assist with online banking issues and inquiries, and ensuring accurate and complete transactions.
Location: Hawley, MN & Moorhead, MN
Type: Temporary to hire
Schedule: Monday Friday 10am-6pm rotating Saturdays (8am-12noon)
Salary Range: $16/hr+ DOE

Position Overview:
Engage with customers in a positive and friendly manner
Take deposits, issue cashier s checks and money orders
Complete internet banking calls, incoming customer inquiries, and "bookkeeping calls"
Making change orders for businesses
Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:
Positive and friendly personality
Ability to communicate effectively - both written and verbal
Previous experience in providing excellent customer service
Desire to develop quality relationships with coworkers and clients
Qualifications of a Successful Candidate:
High School Diploma (some post-high school education preferred)
Computer skills - ability to utilize and navigate various portals and software programs
Excellent Mathematical skills
Clear and confident ability to engage with people
