F&M Trust is seeking a customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our team in McConnellsburg, PA.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. As a Financial Services Representative, you will assist customers with their everyday banking needs while helping them identify financial products and services that support their goals.

Whether your experience comes from banking, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales, we provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other banking transactions.
• Assist customers with account questions and service requests.
• Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling cash and financial transactions.
• Support branch goals through teamwork, referrals, and service excellence.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Approximately 36-40 hours per week

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Previous experience in banking, cash handling, retail, hospitality, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.
