Hire Up is seeking a fulltime, temp-to-hire Bank Teller for a reputable banking institution in San Jose, California! This position will start as soon as possible!
Employment Type: Temp to Hire Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm Hourly Rate: $20-$22 DOE
What Youll Do:
Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer customer calls with a customer-first approach, solving their issues and making their banking experience memorable.
Enhance Banking Experiences: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs, helping them improve their banking experience.
Receive Training: Gain the skills and knowledge to handle increasingly complex customer inquiries through extensive, paid training.
Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.
What Were Looking For:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role. Previous banking experience preferred.
Skills: Strong verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
Mindset: Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Candidates must not have had a bank account closed for negative activity, owe money to a financial institution, or have a history of bounced checks.
