We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Teller in Virginia Beach Virginia!
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of Customer service, clerical, or cash handling experience.
- Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass background and credit checks.
- Familiarity with Silverlake system is preferred.
Job Duties entail but are not limited to:
- Deliver professional customer service in-person, via phone, email, and drive-thru
- Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, wires, cashier’s checks, and stop payments
- Balance cash drawer and assist with vault and teller operations
- Maintain and update customer accounts; verify and process documentation
- Answer customer inquiries and promote bank products/services
- Support online banking setup and general branch administrative tasks
- Collaborate with branch staff and assist with additional duties as needed
Schedule:
Pay:
- $19.25-$24/hour based on experience
