F&M Trust is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our Waynesboro Office located at 200 East Main Street, Waynesboro, PA.

In this role, you'll help customers with their everyday banking needs, provide exceptional service, and identify financial solutions that support their goals. Whether you're bringing previous banking experience or looking to start a career in financial services, we provide the training and support needed to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other banking transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account-related questions and service requests
• Build strong customer relationships through meaningful conversations
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet customer needs
• Maintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations
• Balance cash transactions and maintain a high degree of accuracy
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Expand your banking expertise through future opportunities to open new accounts and perform additional banking functions

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• Approximately 36-40 hours per week
• Starting pay: $16-$18 per hour, based on qualifications and experience
• Additional incentive opportunities through customer referrals

Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, financial services, banking, or cash handling is helpful but not required.
