Responsibilities for the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)

  • Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Assist customers with online and digital banking inquiries
  • Troubleshoot account access and online banking issues
  • Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information
  • De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions
