Job Highlights of the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)
- 100% Remote Position – Equipment Provided
- Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM–5:15 PM
- Paid Training on Banking Products and Services
- Voluntary Overtime Available
Responsibilities for the Banking Call Center Representative (Remote)
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls
- Assist customers with online and digital banking inquiries
- Troubleshoot account access and online banking issues
- Provide outstanding customer service and accurate information
- De-escalate customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
