Job Title: Banking Customer Service

Overview:
Provide accurate phone support for brokerage account inquiries, including cash management, online platforms, and general account services. The role requires the ability to perform in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls related to brokerage products and digital services
• Provide accurate information while meeting performance and quality targets
• Assist customers with cash management, website, mobile app, and general account inquiries
• Adapt quickly to operational changes in a busy financial services environment

• Bachelor's degree or prior contact center/customer service experience
