Job Title:Banking Customer Support Rep
Location:Columbus, OH
Job Duration:6 months
Pay Rate:$19.17/hr W2

Field Facing Service Professionals will handle incoming phone calls, if needed escalations and resolve concerns regarding various compensation inquiries for Brokerage accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include Brokerage Financial Advisor Compensation or financial-related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career-driven, and committed to World-Class Service to contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center-Remote capabilities but must be able to work in an office for a min of 3 days a week.
