Roles and Responsibilities:
" Lead quality engineering and testing for data driven regulatory reporting applications.
" Validate data accuracy and completeness across source to target data flows and reports.
" Design and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, and data reconciliation testing.
" Partner with technology and business stakeholders to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
" Oversee test execution, defect analysis, and root cause identification.
" Own testing documentation including scope, strategy, execution results, and delivery artifacts.
Industry background: Regulation or Data background
Must Have Technical Skills:
" 5 8 years of experience in data and report testing, preferably within regulatory or risk platforms.
" Strong expertise in SQL and data validation techniques.
" Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
" Intermediate proficiency in data analysis.
" Knowledge of data modeling and data warehouse concepts.
" Proven debugging skills to identify and resolve data or system issues.
" Experience managing and maintaining testing deliverables and documentation.
" Extensive experience in data centric testing environments.
Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
" Exposure to Axiom reporting tool would be a great plus
" Experience with Python or R for data profiling, validation, or automation is a strong plus.
Education/Certifications: Bachelors required
