About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Banking Operations Contractor to join our client's team in the banking industry sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development and implementation of banking operations strategies and processes, conduct analysis and provide insights to improve efficiency, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of banking operations strategies and processes.
- Conduct analysis and provide insights on banking operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support the automation and optimization of banking operations through the use of technology and process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on banking operations best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to banking operations to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in banking operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and process optimization.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance banking operations.

- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices.
