Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 3 months Primary Responsibilities: Perform skilled clerical and operational duties requiring analysis, sound judgment, and attention to detail within the assigned banking services department. Perform exception processing, conduct research, and assist with the resolution of complex operational issues. Interact with vendors to support procedural questions and resolve operational issues. Interpret legal and banking documents to ensure accurate internal processing. Process transactions and requests across multiple systems, business lines, and product lines. Interact with internal business partners and management regarding procedural and operational issues. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Identify and escalate issues that may create regulatory, compliance, or operational risk. Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling multiple priorities and deadlines. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management. Scope of Responsibilities: Support day-to-day banking services operations involving multiple systems, business processes, and product lines. Exercise independent judgment when researching exceptions and resolving moderately complex issues. Apply established procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements to assigned work. Collaborate with internal teams, management, and external vendors to address operational and procedural matters. Maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail in a regulated banking environment. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide guidance or procedural assistance to less experienced team members as needed. Escalate complex or unusual issues to management or appropriate business partners. Education and Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of two years of relevant banking, financial services, operations, or office experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to interpret and follow policies, procedures, legal documents, and regulatory requirements. Ability to work effectively with internal partners, management, and external vendors. Education and Experience Preferred: Associate's Degree. Three to five years of office, banking, financial services, or operations experience. Experience working with multiple systems, business lines, or banking products. Previous experience with exception processing, document review, or operational research. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
