Banking Services Operations Associate V - Payment Services

Overview:

Sends authenticated domestic and international payments in US dollar and foreign currencies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• High Complexity Data Entry Updates/Analysis and Interpretation
• Complex Document Review and Validation
• Advanced Document Review and/or Preparation
• Respond to or Initiate Complex Requests
• High Complexity Non Standardized Level Research
• Highly Complex Analysis and Reconciliation
• Highly Complex/Non Standardized Exception Processing
• Customer Contact (internal/external)
• Customer/vendor Interaction
• Understand and adhere to the Companys risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Companys Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelors degree, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience

Schedule:

This role reports out of Montgomery Park in Baltimore, MD in compliance with the Bank's hybrid model. Shift hours are Monday - Friday 10:30 AM- 7:00 PM.

M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $24.87 - $41.45 Hourly (USD). The successful candidates particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
