    Job Title: Associate Litigation Bankruptcy Attorney

    Location: Florida (Bar Admission Required)

    Salary: $120,000 – $145,000 per year


    Position Overview:

    A growing law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation to join its team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience handling federal bankruptcy litigation matters and a strong foundation in complex legal proceedings.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in federal bankruptcy litigation proceedings
    • Handle contested matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court
    • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
    • Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
    • Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances
    • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex bankruptcy matters
    • Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality work


    Qualifications:

    • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)
    • 2–5 years of experience in bankruptcy law and litigation
    • Proven experience in federal bankruptcy litigation (required)
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience handling adversary proceedings and contested bankruptcy matters
    • Familiarity with federal court procedures and rules
    • Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
