This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-impact matters across corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Qualifications 3+ years of experience in corporate bankruptcy and restructuringAdmission to practice law in any U.S. jurisdictionPrior experience at a major bankruptcy firm strongly preferredExperience handling complex, high-volume matters preferredResponsibilities Represent clients in corporate bankruptcy and restructuring proceedingsDraft and review pleadings, motions, and other court filingsConduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysisSalary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $220,000 annually.
