Confidential Opportunity – Litigation Associate (Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights)

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience handling bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or complex commercial litigation matters, with the ability to manage cases independently and contribute immediately. This role is best suited for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable taking ownership of a busy and varied caseload.

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or commercial litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Client-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong academic credentials

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience
