Overview We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to join our bankruptcy section team.Responsibilities Support attorneys in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including preparing and filing petitions, schedules, statements of financial affairs, motions, and other pleadings.Qualifications Five or more years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys in bankruptcy matters (Chapter 7 and Chapter 11).Proficiency with CM/ECF electronic filing.Experience with bankruptcy software such as Next Chapter or similar platforms.Strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and Local Rules for the Northern District of Georgia.Compensation $60,000 - $75,000 yearly#J-18808-Ljbffr
