Knowledge/Skills:
* Process files in case management and client systems
* Draft filing for proof of claim, reaffirmation agreements and motions of relief for attorney review
* Request files from clients and other departments as needed
* PACER and e-filing experience is required
* Ability to prioritize numerous tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* Professionally communicate with clients and co-workers
* Work both independently and as part of a team
* Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
* Any other clerical tasks as needed
* Excellent professional communication skills as position requires written and verbal interaction with all interoffice personnel, managers and attorneys as well as the clients and outside vendors.
Experience:
* Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in lender bankruptcy processing or other processing related work in the legal field.
* Experience and understanding of the various client systems such as a360 Case Aware, Black Knight, and Tempo is preferred
* Proficiency in MS Office products including Outlook and Teams
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines
* Experience with SCRA and other electronic databases a plus
