Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of Ellucian Banner Student administrative solutions for colleges and universities.
• Support all phases of Banner Student implementations, including:
  • Configuration
  • Data conversion
  • Implementation
  • Testing
  • Deployment
• Provide functional expertise across:
  • Person Record Management
  • Catalog and Curriculum Design
  • Registration
  • Self-Service Operations
• Apply knowledge of additional Banner modules and Ellucian products where applicable.
• Prepare proactively for implementation activities and deliver high-quality professional services.
• Adapt to evolving technology, implementation methodologies, and recommended practices.
• Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to bridge:
  • Functional requirements
  • Technical solutions
  • Client business objectives
• Lead customers through:
  • Performance improvement
  • Business transformation
  • Modernization initiatives
• Identify and remediate issues that could impact successful SaaS implementations.
• Execute implementation activities with precision and professionalism.
• Collaborate with Professional Services team members on:

• Contribute toward project goals and utilization targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Banner experience, including implementation and deployment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Banner Student modules, particularly:
  • Person Record Management
  • Catalog and Curriculum
  • Registration
  • Self-Service
• Experience with Banner Functional – Student Financials.
• Strong understanding of the Ellucian Banner Student Information System.
• Willingness to expand knowledge across other Ellucian solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis.
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to:
  • Project team members
  • Stakeholders
  • Project leaders
