In this role, you'll do more than serve drinks-you'll anticipate member and guest needs, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help make every event a memorable experience.If you're personable, polished, team-oriented, and take pride in delivering outstanding service, we'd love to have you behind the bar!What You'll DoDeliver warm, attentive service while anticipating the needs of members and guests.Create a positive and memorable experience at weddings, celebrations, private events, and other club functions.Serve beer, liquor, wine, and other beverages with confidence and proper technique.Handle member and guest concerns with professionalism, using your judgment to resolve issues promptly and keeping your supervisor informed.Keep the bar, dining areas, tables, and server stations clean, organized, and event-ready.Collaborate with the banquet and service team to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.Represent Bethesda Country Club with professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to exceptional hospitality.What We're Looking For1+ year of bartending or beverage-service experience.Bartender certification and/or TIPS certification preferred.Excellent customer-service and communication skills.A proactive mindset-you notice what guests need before they have to ask.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.Why Join Bethesda Country Club?Be part of a team that takes pride in exceptional service, memorable events, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
