Banquet Bartender - PT

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to MotorCity standards.
• Recommend signature cocktails, wine selections, and other beverages.
• Handle transactions accurately using MotorCity's point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized bar.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and policies.
• Follow responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during high-volume periods.
• Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate as necessary.
• At all times, uphold MotorCity's standard of excellence in demeanor, service delivery, and overall professionalism.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant, hotel, or club.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
