The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking Banquet Bartenders to work with our food and beverage team. $25Hourly.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION PURPOSE:
As a Banquet Servers, you’re responsible primarily for serving, setting up, and clean-up of all banquet bar functions. Expected to provide exceptional beverage service to all guests. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests of service bar, following standard recipes and the Company's and MT. alcoholic beverage policies; and is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome, always. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to hotel specifications courteously and efficiently.
  • Collect payments.
  • Greetings guests entering and exiting in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintains supplies neatly and organized to department standards.
  • Maintains security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued each day.
  • Reporting missing articles, damage or mechanical problems in the restaurant/lounge area and equipment.
  • Always provides a professional image through appearance and dress.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Requires standing/walking/bending throughout shift.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Strong knowledge and enforcement of company liquor policies and Montana laws.
  • Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail and the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to lift to 100 pounds.

EXPERIENCE/ LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

  • 2+ years at a high level, quality establishment.
  • Will obtain proper TIPS training to serve alcoholic beverages.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of supportive functions. Employees may be required to perform other and additional duties assigned by their supervisor.
