About the Role
This is an on site leadership role at events where you guide setup service and teardown while representing our premium hospitality brand.
Responsibilities
• Manage event service teams and coordinate timelines
• Ensure guest areas stay organized and professional
• Handle live event adjustments with confidence and grace
• Lead short training moments to reinforce standards
Qualifications
• At least one year in banquet or event leadership
• Strong presence and communication skills
• Team oriented with consistent professionalism
Compensation and Benefits
• Pay ranges from 15 to 19 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement for 30 mile radius
