It's Our Pleasure Hospitality group is seeking an individual to join our professional, fast-paced team with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Our Company operates and manages several banquet venues based out of Staten Island, New York. Grand Oaks Country Club, The Grand Plaza and The Vanderbilt at South Beach and we are looking for an experienced Banquet Captain/Maitre'D that is looking to further their career, knowledge, and skills in the hospitality industry. This individual will be expected to be hands on during events, making sure FOH and BOH staff are in sync throughout the course of each and every event. Our venues host a wide range of events from corporate lunch-ins to weddings and private gatherings We welcome applicants to apply and reach out for more information regarding this Unique Opportunity. 
Requirements:
  • Experience in the Catering and Hospitality industry
  • Manage and lead a team of FOH and BOH Staff
  • Cater to each and every guest in a professional manor
  • Scheduling, Employee Relations and management of the Guest relations
  • Handle guest requests personally with sincerity
  • LEADERSHIP that will help grow our ultimate hospitality experience for guests
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
