Seeking a Banquet Captain to lead and execute high-quality banquet events with heartfelt hospitality.
- Supervise setup, service, and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Lead and train banquet staff, coordinate with culinary and service teams, and serve as the main contact for event details.
- Provide exceptional guest service, manage event flow, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain inventory and support team development.
Requirements: 1+ year hospitality experience, leadership skills, strong communication, organizational ability, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Benefits: $21,000-$23,000/year + gratuity, plus medical/dental/vision, discounts, paid time off, 401K, training, and more.
