Banquet Chef/Executive Sous Chef

The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee is looking for an experienced Banquet Chef to manage our busy banquet kitchen. This is a key #2 kitchen management role, so requires strong organizational skills. Salary $70-80K; full benefit package + fun perks like discounted water park admission. Mentor culinary and sanitation staff under the Executive Chef. Show off your leadership, organization and culinary skills with high-volume banquet prep. We host chefs tables, wine dinners & up to 100 weddings/year in our 2 ballrooms and 4 other event spaces.

Requirements for the Banquet Chef/Executive Sous Chef:

• High volume/multiple banquet production cooking
• Kitchen management experience
