MacRay Banquet and Event Center is premier event destination located within MacRay Harbor in Harrison Township, Michigan, along the shores of Lake St. Clair

We are seeking a creative and highly organized Banquet Chef to oversee high-volume food production for weddings, corporate galas, and social events.

Key Responsibilities:

-Event Execution: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of meal for all banquet events

-Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas to meet or exceed company and state standards

-Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and collaborte with staff to ensure successful even execution and guest satisfaction

-Maintain high standards of food presentation, taste and food safety/sanitation compliance

-Inventory Management: Oversee food costing, ordering, and inventory control to minimize waste. Perform physical inventory according to schedule provided
