Plan, prepare, and execute all banquet menus and plated/c buffet events.<\/span> <\/li>
Coordinate with the sales/catering team on event details and special requests.<\/span> <\/li>
Supervise banquet kitchen staff and ensure timely, high -quality service.<\/span> <\/li>
Manage portion control, presentation, and food safety for large groups.<\/span> <\/li>
Maintain inventory and control costs for banquet operations.<\/span> <\/li>
Collaborate with the main kitchen for seamless integration of operations.<\/span> <\/li><\/ul>

Requirements<\/h3>
Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy or Hospitality, Tourism Management.<\/span> <\/li>
4+ years of banquet or catering chef experience in a luxury hotel/resort.<\/span> <\/li>
Expertise in high -volume event cooking and menu planning.<\/span> <\/li>
Strong organizational and leadership skills.<\/span> <\/li>
Ability to thrive in a fast -paced environment with varying event sizes.<\/span> <\/li>
ServSafe and relevant certifications preferred.<\/span> <\/li>
Flexible availability, especially for evenings and weekends.<\/span> <\/li>
