Part Time Position
Job Overview: Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to high standards of quality.
Compensation: $17.00/Service fees
Responsibilities and Duties:
- • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
- Thoughtfully prepare banquet tables with the perfect setup as detailed in the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to create an inviting and memorable experience
- Deliver guests food and beverage with enthusiasm, regularly revisit table to ensure beverages are filled and ensure guest satisfaction
- After each function, reset the banquet room as specified in the BEO or per given instructions to ensure its perfectly prepared for the next event
- Ensure the banquet facilities are impeccably organized after each event by replenishing and properly storing all condiments and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and optimal functionality of all banquet facilities.
Physical Demands:
- Kneel, stoop, grasp, lift and carry, and transport 50 - 75lbs
- Manual dexterity of hands to use food and beverage equipment
- Work most of the shift standing and moving about in the meeting spaces and kitchen areas
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year Banquet Server experience in a similar role, size of operation preferred
- Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
- Food Handlers Certification required
