Food and Beverage Service:
Monitor and manage the flow of food and beverage service during events.
Ensure proper presentation, timing, and adherence to dietary restrictions and guest preferences.
Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the banquet area.
Perform regular checks to ensure everything is operating smoothly and to the highest standards of service.
Problem-Solving:
Quickly identify and address any issues that arise, including guest complaints or operational challenges.
Resolve problems with a calm demeanor and effective communication.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of guests.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities to guide staff and oversee operations.

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and proper etiquette.

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and early mornings.
Availability to work on some holidays, as needed.
