Banquet Line Cook

We have an opening for Full-Time Banquet Cook available for immediate hire.  Applicants should have flexible schedules as this position will have alternating shifts during the week. Come be a part of an award-winning Culinary staff!Position requirements include but are not limited to:-A minimum of 1-year experience in a banquet kitchen-Prepare attractive platter presentations and action stations for weddings and large events-Garnish and arrange serving displays for salads, vegetables, cheese, and fruit trays-Read prep sheets and gather the required ingredients and supplies-Maintain all sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques-ServSafe certification is a plus-Good knife skills-Ability to handle food preparation for large groups-Able to lift 20-30 pounds safely-Awareness of safety in and around the kitchen-Available to work a varied schedule including weekends, holidays, and eveningsWe offer a competitive hourly rate of $20 per hour.  Plus GREAT company offered benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid vacation, sick and holidays after 30 days of employment.
