We are seeking a highly motivated Banquet Line Cook to join the culinary team at the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel. This is an opportunity to be part of one of Omaha’s premier event destinations, where beautiful weddings, upscale galas, corporate gatherings, and unforgettable celebrations come to life through exceptional food and hospitality.

As a Banquet Line Cook, you will showcase your culinary talent in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preparing stunning and delicious dishes that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Our team thrives in the beautiful chaos of large-scale events, working together with precision, creativity, and passion to execute elevated dining experiences at the highest level.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, loves the excitement of banquet and high-volume cooking, and is eager to grow their culinary career alongside a talented and supportive team. • High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in banquet or high-volume cooking
• Culinary certificate or degree preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
